Forged Oak 15 Years Old Bourbon Whiskey- 45% (Limited Edition) $48/oz
Distilled in 1997-1998 at the "New" Bernheim Distillery in Louisville, home to Heaven Hill, and bottled in Tennessee. It is made from a mashbill of 86% corn, 7% barley, and 6% rye. Lots of wood and spice with candied walnuts, licorice and dark red fruits.

Wild Turkey Rare Breed Barrel Proof- 56.4% / $12/oz
A marriage of six, eight and twelve-year old bourbons, this bourbon earned the Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2013. Made from a mash of approximately 75% corn, 13% rye and 12% malted barley. Orange zest, mint and sweet tobacco with touches of roasted nuts, vanilla.

W.L. Weller 12 Year- 45% / $46/oz
Made in homage to one of bourbon's original aristocrats, W.L. Weller and crafted using Weller's wheated bourbon recipe. Aged for a minimum of 12 years, the bourbon has an aroma of creamy vanilla, caramel and molasses that gives way to notes of candied corn, ripe fruits, cocoa powder and dried fruits on the palate.

Angel's Envy Rye- 50% / $16/oz 
6-7 year old 95% rye / 5% malted barley aged for up to 18 months in Caribbean XO Rum Casks that served as Cognac Casks before that. It’s blended twice in batches of 8 to 12 barrels, first blended and put into the rum casks then blended again for bottling after the finish aging to maintain consistency.

Woodford Reserve Bourbon- 45.2% / $16/oz 
Each batch of the Woodford Reserve Bourbon Whiskey starts with a mash from 72% corn, 18% rye, and 10% malted barley being fermented and then triple-distilled to create a clean and smooth spirit. After this, the whiskey undergoes aging in new, charred American oak barrels, developing its flavors for roughly 6-7 years before finally being proofed with pure water, bottled, and labeled.
